In the generous presence of Dr. Ahmed Ramadan Al-Mulla and under the supervision of the Kuwaiti Al-Hikma Society, after work that extended for a whole year,  Ghiras Al-Khair Humanitarian Society opened the village of Balad Al-Khair Kuwait, which includes apartments – a water well – a mosque – a school.<\/p>\n
